No Return / No Refund Policy (Alabama Seed Sales)
All Seed Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of seeds as a regulated agricultural product and their sensitivity to handling, storage, and environmental conditions, all seed sales are final. The Seed Baskets LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on seeds once an order has been shipped.
No Returns or Exchanges
Seeds are living, perishable products. Once seeds leave our control, we cannot verify proper storage or handling conditions. Returned seeds cannot be resold, reused, or redistributed.
Alabama Agricultural Disclaimer
Seed performance, including germination and yield, depends on factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, temperature, moisture, planting depth, weather, and growing practices. No express or implied warranty of germination, crop yield, or performance is made, except as required under applicable Alabama and federal seed laws.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 5–7 days of delivery and provide the order number and clear photos. At our discretion, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only. Once an order has shipped, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
Compliance Statement
All seeds sold by The Seed Baskets LLC are labeled in compliance with the Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries (ADAI) and the Federal Seed Act.
