Thank you for shopping with The Seed Baskets LLC. We take care in packaging and shipping your seeds to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Time  

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations  

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Methods & Rates  

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time  

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information  

Tracking information will be provided when available once your order ships.

Incorrect Address  

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays  

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has been shipped.
